TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Download: To download the hours log excel document, kindly click on the link to the user guide support article: Congratulations on commencing the program!.
2. Downloads Section: Scroll down to the 'Download's section of the article and click on 'Hours Log.xlsx'.
3. Save: After clicking on 'Hours Log.xlsx' a new tab will open. Click on 'Download file' and save it to a preferred location on your device.
4. Weeks: Kindly open the logbook and navigate to the 'Weeks' worksheet (e.g., W00). Adjust the sheet's view as needed. By default, the workbook opens in 'Page Layout' view. To switch to 'Normal' view, click on the 'Normal' icon at the bottom right of the excel window.We kindly request that no rows be inserted in the first row of the table, at this may affect the formatting.
5. Inserting a row: To insert a 'Row'. right-click on the row number where you want the new row to be added.
6. Insert: After right-clicking on the row, select 'Insert' to add a new row.
