Note: Before you begin, please have your 'COPP Email Address' and 'Password' readily available.
1. Microsoft Multi-Factor: Click on Mutli-Factor Authenticator.
2. Email Address: Sign in using your COPP account credentials. Enter your 'COPP account username/email address' and click on 'Next'.
3. Password: Enter your 'COPP account password'.
4. Authenticator App: Click on the drop-down and select 'Authenticator App'.
5. Install: Download an install the 'Microsoft Authenticator app' from the 'App Store (IOS devices)' or 'Play Store (Android devices)'.
6. Confirm: Once the application has been installed on your mobile device, open the application and a prompt window to accept the privacy policy will appear. If you would like to read the privacy statement, please click on 'Microsoft Privacy Statement' if not click on 'Accept'.
7. QR Code: Click on 'Work or school account' and then proceed to click on 'Scan QR code' in the prompt window.
8. Permission: The Application may prompt users to allow access to the 'Camera' in order to scan the QR code. Kindly click on 'Go to Setting' 'Allow' access to scan the QR code.
9. Web Browser: In your web browser click on 'Next'.
10. Set up: A 'Set up your account' prompt will be displayed, click on 'Next'.
11. Scan: A 'QR code' will be displayed. Scan the 'QR code' using your mobile device and click on 'Next' in the web browser.
12. Code: A 'Number' will be displayed in your web browser.
13. Microsoft Authenticator Application: Enter the 'Number' displayed in your web browser in the prompt message in your 'Microsoft Authenticator Application' and click on 'Yes'.
14. Confirmation: Once you have successfully entered the code in your 'Microsoft Authenticator Application' an approval notification will be displayed and click on 'Next'.
