We wanted to provide you with a brief checklist of technical tips to make sure you can attend the sessions comfortably on the day. 

Please take the time to complete the first four steps listed below well in advance of the session. This will give you time to troubleshoot with IT if any issues arise.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO THE FOLLOWING AS SOON AS YOU CAN:

1. Have your COPP username and password on hand as you may need this to access the Workshop site on the day. This is the same login you use to access the Portal site.

2. Download and install Microsoft Teams and log into Teams using your COPP username and password. If you’re planning to join via an iOS or Android device, please make sure to download Microsoft Teams from App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Double-check that you can successfully log into Teams using your COPP username and password as this will be important for attending the sessions.

4. Test that you can access the materials for each workshop, including the handouts and feedback forms.
